Welcome to Lemonade Counselling

Hi! I’m Robyn, and I’m here to help you with anything that’s on your mind. At Lemonade Counselling, I believe that with the right support, everyone can turn life’s challenges into something positive.

What I Do

Life can get tough, and it’s okay to ask for help. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship problems, or just feeling overwhelmed, counselling is a safe and confidential space where you can talk about what’s bothering you. It’s all about finding understanding and ways to feel better.

How It Works

In our sessions, I won’t just tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll listen to you and help you explore what’s going on in your life. Together, we’ll figure out what’s causing your difficulties and come up with a plan to help you cope and move forward. You’ll have a space where you can speak freely and get the support you need.

Where and When

You can choose how you want to have your sessions:

  • In-Person: At the Lotus Therapy Centre in Mansfield on Tuesdays from 5-8pm and Thursdays from 4-8pm.
  • Online or Phone: Available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for phone or video calls.

Why Choose Lemonade?

At Lemonade, it’s all about you. My goal is to help you feel more confident and better equipped to handle whatever life throws at you. Whether you’re dealing with specific issues or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you.

Finding the Right Counsellor

If you think I might not be the right counsellor for you, that’s perfectly fine. You can find other friendly and qualified counsellors on the Counselling Directory. It’s important to find someone you feel comfortable talking to and who can best support you.

Support for Young People

If you’re looking for support specifically for young people, check out Young Minds. They’re a mental health charity that offers help and information for kids and teens, as well as their families.

Remember, it’s okay to seek help and take things at your own pace.
